We all know that exercise is good for us, but problems with finding the time or the energy, can mean good intentions often go by the wayside. Here is some inspiration for you, to get you moving more often.


6 easy ways to get active


Start the day with some gentle stretches

Take the stairs instead of the lift

If you work sitting down, get up for a quick walk around
     whenever you can

Put more ‘oomph’ into daily tasks

Leave the car and walk or cycle for short trips

Aim to go for a walk every day – make it a
    bit longer or faster each week
