The Benecol® Spreads range offers great heart healthy substitutes for your traditional butter and margarines.
Light Spread: excellent for crispbreads, rice cakes and sandwiches whenever you want a tasty low fat spread.
Buttery Taste Spread: creamy and delicious on bread and toast, to top baked potatoes and fresh vegetables or for favourite recipes that call for spread or butter.
Olive Spread: with the Mediterranean flavor of olive oil, a great taste addition for fresh crusty bread and to use in sauces, baking and frying.
We recommend 2-3 servings a day of Benecol® Spreads, Cream Cheese Style Spread or Yogurts as a simple way to help lower your cholesterol. Just 12g or 2˝ level teaspoons of Benecol® Spread equals one serving – and then mix and match with servings of Cream Cheese or Yogurts.
