Ingredients:
- 25g Benecol® Buttery Taste Spread
- 2 spring onions, finely chopped
- 75g cooked and shelled prawns, roughly chopped
- 110g crabsticks, shredded
- 110g butterbeans, drained and roughly mashed
- 1 tbsp chopped dill
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- finely grated zest and juice half lemon
To serve
Wholemeal pittas, toasted
Method:
Melt the Benecol® Buttery Spread in a large pan. Stir in the remaining ingredients, cool and then chill for at least 30 minutes before serving with the toasted pitta breads.
Tips
Also works well using 185g skinned smoked mackerel in place of the prawns and crab sticks.
