|150g (5½oz) runny honey|
|2 tbsp brown sugar|
|300g (10½oz) rolled oats|
|75g (2¾oz) raisins|
|50g (1¾) dried blueberries|
|1 tbsp sesame seeds|

One serving contains 0.8g of your daily requirement of 1.5-3g of plant stanols.
- Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 4/180°C/fan oven 160°C. Line a 20cm square shallow baking tin with non-stick baking parchment.
- Place the Benecol Buttery Taste Spread, honey and sugar in a large heavy based saucepan. Melt over a low heat and stir well to combine the ingredients. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well, spoon into the prepared tin, spreading to the edges and levelling the top. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden. Remove from the oven, cut into 12 bars and leave to cool in the tin. Once cool store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
