Description

A great classic, fresh and smooth.  You may overindulge in this one! 

One serving contains 0.8g of your daily requirement of 1.5-3g of plant stanols.

Method

  1. Peel and slice the apples. Place the apples in a saucepan, add the sugar and water, cover and bring to a boil.
  2. Add the ground ginger and the vanilla pod. Simmer and stir for a few minutes until the apples are tender. Remove from heat. Blend to the desired consistency.
  3. Let cool and serve lukewarm or cold in a bowl, accompanied by a BENECOL® Light Yogurt Drink
