Description

Top of your meal with this tasty dessert. 

One serving contains 0.8g of your daily requirement of 1.5-3g of plant stanols.

Method

  1. Place the strawberries in a bowl and sprinkle with a little caster sugar. Lightly stir. Cover and leave for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Divide the sponge fingers between two glass sundae dishes. Layer the strawberries and any juice over the top.
  3. Spoon the Benecol® Strawberry Yogurt over the top of the fruit & cover with a swirl of non-dairy cream.
  4. Serve immediately (optional)
