Roasted Pepper Hummus and pitta bread
A quick healthy snack.
One serving contains 0.8g of your daily requirement of 1.5-3g of plant stanols.
Place the chickpeas, Benecol® Cream Cheese Style Spread, roasted pepper, garlic, tahini, lemon zest and juice in a food processor or mini blender and blitz to a rough paste.
Stir in the coriander leaves and serve with the pitta bread and vegetable sticks.
