Description

Delicious served with toasted pitta breads

One serving contains 0.8g of your daily requirement of 1.5-2.4g of plant stanols

Method

1. Melt the Benecol® Buttery Taste Spread in a large pan. Stir in the remaining ingredients, cool and then chill for at least 30 minutes before serving with the toasted pitta breads.

Tips

1. Also works well using 185g skinned, smoked mackerel in place of the prawns and crab sticks.
2. Cover and store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
