|450g cooking apples, peeled, cored & chopped|
|3 chopped sage leaves|
|1 tsp sugar|
|2 tbsp water|

Dress up your lunch with some apple and sage.
One serving contains 0.8g of your daily requirement of 1.5-3g of plant stanols.
- Place cooking apples, peeled, cored and chopped, in a small pan with sage, sugar and water.
- Simmer gently for 5 minutes until pulpy.
- Then stir in Benecol® Buttery Taste Spread until melted.
- Cool slightly before serving.
