|6-10 Fresh strawberries, halved and quartered|
|10ml(2 tsp) caster sugar|
|2x125g pots Benecol® Strawberry Yogurt|
Top of your meal with this tasty dessert.
One serving contains 0.8g of your daily requirement of 1.5-3g of plant stanols.
- Place the strawberries in a bowl and sprinkle with a little caster sugar. Lightly stir. Cover and leave for 10-15 minutes.
- Divide the sponge fingers between two glass sundae dishes. Layer the strawberries and any juice over the top.
- Spoon the Benecol® Strawberry Yogurt over the top of the fruit & cover with a swirl of non-dairy cream.
- Serve immediately (optional)
