Description
A fresh and easy soup
One serving contains 0.8g of your daily requirement of 1.5-3g of plant stanols
Method
1. Melt the Benecol® Olive Spread in a large pan: add the spring onions and cook gently for a couple of minutes. Add the watercress, ground almonds and stock, bring to the boil and simmer for 4-5 minutes. Stir in the parsley.
2. Transfer to a blender or use a stick blender to blend the soup until smooth. Return to the pan, add the soya milk and warm through.
