Description
A tasty start to the morning
One serving contains 0.8g of your daily requirement of 1.5-3g of plant stanols
Method
1. Place the milk and oats in a pan and cook gently, stirring for 3-4 minutes until beginning to thicken.
2. In the meantime, melt the Benecol® Buttery Spread in a small pan, add the blueberries and cook for a couple of minutes until the juices are flowing and the blueberries have softened. Stir in the honey and remove from the heat.
3. Stir most of the blueberry mixture into the porridge and divide between 2 bowls. Drizzle the remaining fruit and juices over the porridge and serve immediately.
Tip
1. Replace the soya milk with cow's skimmed or semi-skimmed milk if preferred
