This creamy smoothie is a delicious way to start the day. Add wheat germ for some extra fibre
- Simply mix the banana, milk and honey in a blender.
- Then, serve in a tall glass and sprinkle with a teaspoon of wheat germ or chopped nuts.
This recipe does not contain plant stanols and so does not specifically contribute to cholesterol reduction, although it has been selected for a healthier diet which is important in lowering cholesterol.
