200 g Benecol Greek Style plain yogurt

300 g frozen mango cubes or tropical fruit mix

200 g orange juice or freshly squeezed orange juice

1 tbsp lemon juice

ginger paste or grated fresh ginger and fresh mint to taste

Description:

Creamy Mango smoothie is a delicious way to start the day.

Method:

  1. Slice the strawberries vertically and arrange the slices side-by-side around the edges of the glasses.
  2. Purée the remaining strawberries
  3. Measure the yoghurt, slightly frozen fruit, juices, ginger paste and mint leaves into a deep bowl. Process with a handheld blender or food processor.
  4. Pour into glasses. Garnish with strawberry puree and serve cold.

 

Remember: The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 1.5g-3.0g of plant stanols per person.  Each 112.5g serving of Greek Style plain yogurt provides 0.8g plant stanols
