300 g frozen mango cubes or tropical fruit mix
200 g orange juice or freshly squeezed orange juice
1 tbsp lemon juice
ginger paste or grated fresh ginger and fresh mint to taste

- Slice the strawberries vertically and arrange the slices side-by-side around the edges of the glasses.
- Purée the remaining strawberries
- Measure the yoghurt, slightly frozen fruit, juices, ginger paste and mint leaves into a deep bowl. Process with a handheld blender or food processor.
- Pour into glasses. Garnish with strawberry puree and serve cold.
