2 pots of Benecol Fruit Yogurt
50g of no added sugar muesli
1 x peach
2-3 strawberries

This breakfast can be made quickly on a morning or the night before to grab and go to eat at your desk. It's brimming with fruity flavours as well as healthy plant stanols.

 

  • Spoon one of the Benecol® fruit yogurts* into the bottom of a large glass before pouring in 1/2 of your muesli
  • Chop up your peach and place this on top of the muesli before spooning on the second yogurt
  • Pour the remaining muesli into your glass before topping with a few chopped strawberries
  • Tuck in and enjoy!

 

Tips

*I used peach and strawberry flavoured yoghurts to complement the fresh fruit used.
