|2 pots of Benecol Fruit Yogurt|
|50g of no added sugar muesli|
|1 x peach|
Yoghurt & Muesli Parfait
This breakfast can be made quickly on a morning or the night before to grab and go to eat at your desk. It's brimming with fruity flavours as well as healthy plant stanols.
- Spoon one of the Benecol® fruit yogurts* into the bottom of a large glass before pouring in 1/2 of your muesli
- Chop up your peach and place this on top of the muesli before spooning on the second yogurt
- Pour the remaining muesli into your glass before topping with a few chopped strawberries
- Tuck in and enjoy!
*I used peach and strawberry flavoured yoghurts to complement the fresh fruit used.
