Cranberry and orange

A zesty spin on cranberry sauce. One serving contains 0.8g of your daily requirement of 1.5-3g of plant stanols.

50g Buttery Taste Spread

150g fresh cranberries

15g brown sugar

Finely grated zest & juice of 1 orange

Place cranberries in a small pan with Benecol® Buttery Taste Spread, brown sugar and orange zest.

Bring gently to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes until the cranberries release their juices.

Tip:

To go with duck or turkey.
