Description

 Fried peaches with Benecol Greek Style yogurt.

Method

  1. Cut the peaches in half and remove the stones.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan. Add the maple syrup and spices.
  3. Fry the peaches in the pan, turning until they are soft and have gained colour and flavour.
  4. Serve with cold yogurt and maple syrup.

 

Remember: The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 1.5g-3.0g of plant stanols per person.  Each 112.5g serving of Greek Style plain yogurt provides 0.8g plant stanols.
