300g Greek Style Plain Yogurt

100g berries strawberries, blueberries or raspberries

2tbsp seeds pumpkin, poppy or sesame

2tbsp almonds (whole)

6tbsp muesli

drizzle liquid honey

1. Arrange

Arrange the berries, seeds, almonds, muesli or oat flakes on top of the yogurt.

2. Drizzle

Drizzle a little honey or maple syrup on top.

3. Remember

The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 1.5g-3.0g of plant stanols per person.  Each 112.5g serving of Greek Style plain yogurt provides 0.8g plant stanols
