ingredients

225g Greek Style Plain Yogurt

300g Frozen mango cubes

200g Orange juice

1tbsp lemon juice

ginger paste

mint to taste

6-8 strawberries

Cooking

1.

Slice the strawberries vertically and arrange the slices side-by-side around the edges of the glasses.Purée the remaining strawberries.

2.

Measure the yoghurt, slightly frozen fruit, juices, ginger paste and mint leaves into a deep bowl. Process with a handheld blender or food processor.

3.

Pour into glasses. Garnish with strawberry puree and serve cold.

Remember:

The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 1.5g-3.0g of plant stanols per person. Each 112.5g serving of Greek Style plain yogurt provides 1.0g plant stanols.
